I attended Felicia's CDE prep course and was truly amazed by her facilitation skills and the course content! The Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) course was so informative and fun. The opening exercise to get to know one another was innovative and set a wonderful tone for the class. What a great presentation and so relevant to the American work environment. Felicia presented the workshop, "Effective Strategies for Conflict Resolution in the Workplace" at our Power Hour, lunch and learn, for our members. It was right on target with what we wanted our members to hear. Conflict is bound to happen, at some time in the workplace. It is important to, not only, know how to resolve it, but, equally as important, to know what causes is and work to prevent it.

We were excited to welcome Felicia Johnson as the keynote speaker for the Chamber’s annual meeting. As we embark on a major diversity and inclusion initiative, her insight and expertise were an important component of our overall strategy. As a new workshop provider for Employee Resource Groups, I was looking for a training program that would expand my knowledge of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and help me become a better DEIB facilitator.
