Meet Felicia Johnson
Felicia Johnson is the Founder and Managing Director of The Gatson Group. Before founding the firm, she served in senior leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Nissan North America, and Cabela’s, where she led enterprise-wide initiatives in organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Felicia is a trusted training and development partner in North Texas. She has been selected by the cities of Irving, Cedar Hill, and Richardson to train municipal teams, facilitate public sessions, and build strategies that will serve their communities for years to come.
